Poor handling of phone enquiry: not listen well and shouty. Made it clear in my first sentence 'if they would be interested in a one off moving out clean'. She asked my name - I repeated the spelling several time, still couldn't catch it (perhaps it's a subconbscious rejection to a foreign name). In the end, I was told they don't do one off cleaning!!?
