Very friendly family firm, good prices, and highly professional installation. Dean was very patient with my dithering over which windows to choose and answered all my questions patiently and clearly. I went with the Ultimate Rose sash windows in the end and they are stunning. If you can't stretch to wood, these are almost indistinguishable. The installation team were great. We have been replacing windows in our 100 + year old house with Heritage Casement windows. In choosing Timber Windows as the installers we were impressed by Dean's explanation of the products available, leading us to make our choice. The wooden windows themselves are the best I have ever seen. The installation team worked very efficiently but without rushing.
