I always get my car serviced there. The receptionist Jacklin Guzman has a very nice tone and cares about the customer.
Stephanie Inman referred me to gosch ford to get my vehicle serviced. I was pleased with the quick, pleasant service.

When my husband and I can into the dealership Elizabeth Cassidy greeted us right away, offered coffee, and got set up with the right person to answer all our questions!
Awesome place, great people working there! My sister had a service account here with her Ford and after she passed away she left the car to me. I came in blind with some vague knowledge of service credits my sister had and these guys were very sympathetic and really took care of me after I explained the situation. Thanks, Gosch!

My husband and I had a horrible experience with Gosch ford this past Saturday. The salesman was completely cocky. We went in with our wish list and he acted like we were completely unreasonable and that it would never happen. The sales manager got involved and tried to talk Us into buying but honestly we weren't happy already. We left Gosch and went to pacific auto center.. let's just say The customer service was friendly and outgoing.. We bought a beautiful truck from pacific auto center that same night!!
