Just picked up two cars from ford service and Cynthia renteria and Sheena esparza were two of the most helpful ladies i have ever met at any dealership. They immediately tended to me and my service. I definetly will back soon, definetly recommend this place to any ford owners.
I literally can't stand going into Ford for anything. No matter how many cars we've bought there, they still treat me like I'm nothing. Are they overwhelmed and overworked? I'm sure they are. However, I should be treated with dignity and respect and expect nothing more than the utmost courteous service. Sure, the service people are nice, but my wait times are utterly atrocious and they still manage to not finish the job. As soon as i buy new car again, it surely won't be from Ford.
Gosch ford did a great job for me. They got me into my first brand new car. A 2017 focus st. And they got me a great interest rate through ford Motor company. I highly recommend going here for a new or used car.
Loving Gosch Ford and Ford Motor Co service. Gosch informed me that my repair was covered by a Ford recall, then ordered the part, called me when it came in and is giving me a rental car for the day while they fix it :)
