I recently purchased my first car through Ford, was a little concerned that my payments weren't being sent to me. I spoke with Tracey and she helped get my payments straightened out and really made me build trust in the company. I really couldn't thank her enough for her assistance, I will definitely be purchasing another vehicle through them because of the amazing customer service I got from Tracey.
