We contacted Tim during our initial move to Raleigh. Tim was very responsive, upfront, and honest about the state of the market in Raleigh. This was very helpful for a young family moving from out of state. We searched from Wake Forest to Fuquay-Varina to Clayton. The ultimate measure of success is always the eventual home purchase. Tim helped us find a great home in a great location and made the process east from start to finish.
