Tim Dahle Ford pulled a fast one on my elderly parents. They drove all the way to Spanish Fork to order a vehicle to their exact specifications, and even put down a significant deposit. Months have gone by with no word on when this vehicle would arrive. After days and days of calling and leaving messages, Tim Dahle refuses to communicate to us on where the vehicle is, if it was ordered, or if it even exists. Talk about unfair and deceptive...complete fraudsters! Where is my parents' vehicle??!!
RecommendedAfter shopping for cars for three days, Tim Dahle Ford gave us the best amount for our trade-in of any dealer we visited. Our salesman was very helpful but didn’t hover. No one pressured or hassled us. We told them which car we wanted to look at and they literally tossed us the keys and said see you when you get back. The dealership had a small town feel to it which I really liked. Save yourself time and just go to Tim Dahle first. Highly recommend

DO NOT GO THERE. These people are shady. We called about a specific vehicle planning on driving home with it. We were told the keys were there waiting for us. We told Shawn that we lived an hour away and would be there ASAP. Upon arrival, the vehicle had been mysteriously taken on an “extended test drive” earlier that day. As in BEFORE WE EVEN CALLED. RecommendedBought my F150 at Tim Dahle Spanish Forks. Had trouble finding exactly what I wanted in CA, located this truck - flew to SLC, dealer picked me up and I drove my new truck home to southern CA. Tyson was great to work with, texts/emails/phone. Once I finally made it to the dealership to pickup my truck, meeting him in person showed me he was a very honest and ethical young man, not 2 words I would normally associate with car salesman. Everyone at the dealer was friendly, had a great experience. 5 stars for Tyson - Thank you!
Will not honor work that was paid for, sales team is not honest.
Better communication and pride in their work. It took 2 days to get tires and alignment and I was patient. However when I picked up my car to realize they had left of all 4 valve covers not cleaned the substance they put on the tires to get them on and not straightened the steering wheel before doing the alignment really frustrated me. Have 1 oil change left and will never go back.
