RecommendedTook my 2020 edge in for 6 months maintance. I was treated very well. I was told they would hand wash it by the front desk and then when I picked it up Was told You done have that capabilities They sent me to wiggy Wash with Code but the man at Wigglys didn’t know what I was talking about A lot of running around for nothing I love my new suv. I really miss Cooper in sales. He went the extra mile

I would never recommend this place! Their are so much better dealerships else where you can go. Don’t tell a customer one thing and then lie 7 more times! Your sign says “ HONEST, Integrity, Commitment “. I don’t see you being honest at all. RecommendedI broke down on my way to Phoenix Arizona on a Saturday. Alice got my car right in to diagnose the problem and then set me up with a rental company to finish my trip. Honestly the best customer service experience i have ever had! Thanks Alice and crew!
I don’t recommend this company based upon their dishonest advertising and sneaky practices. Beware if you buy from them – they add $1000 onto the cars that they sell without asking you and without disclosing this reality in their advertising. Recently I bought a 2016 Volkswagen Passat from Tim Dahle Ford. I live in Oregon and bought from them based on a car gurus search. If you don’t mind a lack of communication, promises not withheld and the extra paperwork to refinance immediately after walking out, this dealership may be worth it to you. Bullet points of issues listed below. Dealership wanted $2,000 to use outside financing. Dealership added nearly 1,500 miles to the used vehicle while it was theirs because a manager used it as a demo, which decreased the oil life before I even bought it. RecommendedWe recently purchased a vehicle from Tim Dahle Ford and we worked with Tyson Damron. Tyson was incredible to work with and highly recommended him and the wonderful people at Tim Dahle Ford of Spanish Fork! We are loving our new vehicle and appreciate all that Tyson has done! I bought a truck form them and they sold i t saying it needed one part to pass emissions and they would take care of that but now after 3 weeks in their shop it still is not fixed and they have decided they are not going to fix it. so i am left with a $5000.00 paperweight. The salesman was nice and all the people there but the company is a rip off. Claims they sold this truck wholesale but in reality they charged full retail for it. and then some.
