Long story short. The service department will not take care of you because they do not care about their customers. Their service advisors and managers are to prideful and to unwilling to do what is right by Fords Standards and provide the service that Ford prices themselves with. Their service department does not deserve to have the Ford name attached to it. I will move my business to another local Ford Dealership and I recommend that you do the same.
Skyler Wagstaff and Tim Dahle Ford took great care of us. This was a huge decision for my wife and I and we were not about to make quick rash decision, based on emotions or pressure. Skyler was very patient and super helpful in helping us through the car buying process! He showed us the entire car fax report let us go on a test drive and did everything possible to get us the best financing available and hid nothing from us from start to finish.
