Everyone was very friendly and professional. They were knowledgeable, yet very relative. We are from out of town and they were understanding and accommodating. We couldn’t believe the selection of trucks. This dealer will be an option for my son when he’s ready for his next truck.
They have that small town feeling but with a great inventory. They are always happy to help. Tim Dahle is the Steeda dealership for this Western Region. Steeda has high performance packages for Mustangs and Focus' and Raptors. Killer looks and performance. Tim Dahle had 2 Steeda Mustangs and 1 Steeda Focus in stock. Talk about fun cars. I was told a certain price and drove the vehicle twice and when I went to buy it they raised the price over 8,000. Not impressed and not recommending this company to others. And I filed a complaint with BBB.
We had such a great experience at Tim Dahle Ford in Spanish Fork. They bent over backwards to help us find the right car. Shawn and Skyler were so helpful! We will definitely be back again.
So, after more discussion and a little help from Bill the General Manager and excellent service from Shawn the salesman, I would like to change my review of the dealership. Bill, stepped up and called me on a Sunday to discuss my issues. We resolved them and Shawn finished the deal with exceptional assistance, even trailered my new vehicle out.
