On two separate occasions, many months apart, I have driven an hour from my home to see a specific vehicle at this dealership, only to arrive to be told a manager has either taken it home or today, has taken it to a golf tournament. I am extremely frustrated that I wasted my time considering I even made an appt with them to see it!!
