I bought my bathroom floor tiles from here. I was quite indecisive, so it took me three visits to make up my mind which to choose! The guys who work there were really patient and helpful in assisting me to make a decision. There are many beautiful tiles to choose from! I really love the floor tiles I chose for my tiny bathroom. I would definitely recommend this place to buy your tiles.
This is our second time using Tiles Etc for a project in our home and we couldn't be happier with the tiles and the help we received from the team in store. They took the time to listen to what we wanted in our home and provided a variety of options at multiple price points. Plus were super helpful when we realized we didn't order enough tiles and needed more ASAP! Will definitely be back again should future project require more tiles.
Looks like business is booming for this company as when I went in they clearly didn't seem interested in me as a customer: the person in the shop was on phone for a really long time and then when he finally got round to me it was one of the most patronising encounters of my life: how dare I not know the different types of tiles and exactly what I want when I go to browse a tile shop!
