This time I went to get outdoor tiles for 18x7 Meters.first they said no record on the system, No set prices, I had to stay for hours to get the final price. Firstly £29 then £27 thereafter £26, all of the sudden for the same product £32, I said you just said £26, He says Our manager said We can’t sell less then 32 for different tile, not the one yoy are looking to buy. When mistakenly supplied the wrong colour grout, instead of apoligising and correcting their mistake, the salesmen offered lie upon lie, only to be caught out. But still continued to give falsehoods. The products were fine, but the customer service not good at all. Clearly the guys serving me was different from other customers who left reviews experiences. I'm pleased for them.
