AVOID TILES DIY Scam Alert ‼️ I’m am a regular customer of D I Y TILES . This time I went to get outdoor tiles for 18x7 Meters.first they said no record on the system, No set prices, I had to stay for hours to get the final price. Firstly £29 then £27 thereafter £26, all of the sudden for the same product £32, I said you just said £26, He says Our manager said We can’t sell less then 32 for different tile, not the one yoy are looking to buy. When mistakenly supplied the wrong colour grout, instead of apoligising and correcting their mistake, the salesmen offered lie upon lie, only to be caught out. But still continued to give falsehoods. The products were fine, but the customer service not good at all. Clearly the guys serving me was different from other customers who left reviews experiences. I'm pleased for them.
There was a bit of a mix up with our Delivery and it didn't arrive when planned ...as we had other garden items being delivered around this date, the man at this depot(Sorry can't remember his name) pulled out all the stops to get our slabs delivered urgently. Thank you for going the extra mile ! Would definitely use this company again
Sandeep at Tiles Diy went above and beyond to assist us. The tiles in the store were less than what we needed. Sandeep called other stores a number of times to help make up the difference. There was then an item missing during delivery, Sandeep called us up mentioning the missing item before we could, and confirmed when it would be delivered. The whole process from selecting tiles, to calculating the number required to getting the needed stock, was made so much simpler.
