The tiles themselves are decent—our 1.2m x 1.2m tiles had a slight bend, but nothing unmanageable. However, the customer service and overall sales experience have been disappointing. We encountered a billing issue, and despite multiple calls and emails over several months, they have completely ignored us. If you ever need post-purchase support, don’t expect much from this company.
The one star is for the showroom, which has an impressive array of choice. Jigna was very arrogant and disinterested when speaking to us. Gary seamed very nice and friendly however he never responded to our countless calls and emails. Not a company we could trust to do our bathrooms if this was the start of it.

Jigna was very helpful and supportive in selecting right bathroom products and designing our bathrooms. She has explained in detail the features and benefits of the products and what designs will most suitable for our bathroom with cost effective solution. We are very happy with our bathrooms and had a great experience. Thank you Jigna. We are very happy.
Send less tiles than ordered, promise to send out extra. After waiting a month I asked for a refund. 2 months later and multiple reminders, no refund. Sadly will have to report to my credit card.
