Misleading return policy and poor customer service I bought tiles here and was refused a return because they claimed my order was a “special order.” That was simply not true. The tiles weren’t ordered for me — they were taken from someone else’s order. At no point was I told they were non-returnable, and nothing on the receipt or paperwork said “special order.” Using a false excuse to block a return of unopened, resaleable tiles is unacceptable.
