The one thing that annoys me about the Oldbury branch is that there is no land-line number to call only a mobile that never gets answered. Customers would like to check stock in store before making a special journey.

Excellent customer services . Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I went alone as a female worried about not knowing enough or having to pick up heavy things. They did absolutely everything . Very efficient and friendly .
The staff are lovely. Seemingly great selection of tiles but I’ve visited 4 times and over those visits, more than 10 tiles have been out of stock. You spend lots of time picking tiles just to get to the counter to be told no stock or it’s discontinued. Some signage regarding stock availability would be very helpful and would have saved me many wasted Saturday mornings.
Awesome prices, large selection and great customer service. My family have been going here for a very long time and never had any complaints. Currently doing my kitchen and had tiles from here too.
