The new guy in this store is exceptionally brilliant he gave us advice and helped us sincerely, that was the reason why we went back & brought the tiles from him. Great service I just cannot remember his name.
I've got to single out Craig at this branch. From start to finish, he has been a true gent. He sorted out our delivery problem straight away. An asset to the company.
The service I received from Kay and the team at the Lenton store so was second to none. She went above and beyond to ensure my order was received in time (after being out of stock for some weeks) and even went as far to offer advice in terms of accessories and grout options.
