Quite a small store with not much of their catalogue on display, staff are friendly and helpful, but it can take time to be seen if there are other customers being served. As there are often only 1 or 2 staff on the shop floor.
Rob in Wellingborough store is amazing! He went out of his way to help me match my tiles which have been discontinued and stayed behind after closing hours to process my order and assist me. Thank you
