One was damaged .service wasn't high in delivery.items however we're high grade others very different experience.primpt delivery.quotes and sealed very well.high grade items .same better service.

Helpful advice and flexible delivery for our bathroom refit - would recommend
Ordered tiles for collection on line which said they were in stock. Paid for order and even received an email informing me that my order was ready to collect. My husband went to collect the order the next day (1 hour journey) only to be told the tiles were in fact not in stock and nobody knew when they would be in. Tiler was on standby to finish our bathroom, so waste of time and money. Just hope I get the money back as quickly as it was taken. My advice would be to steer clear of this company to avoid disappointment.
Ordered item for next day delivery. Didn’t arrive. Tried calling the shop to discuss but they didn’t answer a single time during normal opening hours, and the voicemail message was Raj Bullsaka not Tile Experience which seemed very strange, felt like I’d been scammed. Had to go elsewhere. Total let down, would not recommend.
