Bad customer service, ordered tiles over the phone and the guy said he would add the tiles to a bulk order and it would be 10 days, tried to confirm with them twice, no reply. When I phoned up again 2 weeks later they told me I have to pay first before they can order. This was not explained first time round! now its too late to order as tiler already in. Thought I was calling to collect. Confusing, unclear service and the guy on phone was rude about it.
Great prices, friendly helpful staff and a good selection of flooring and tile.
