AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Every month, have tried & failed to contact them to get rent paid into our account. No surprises they’ve gone into administration. Allegedly Amy has been by stealing monies. Dodgy Company….. Full Stop.
My student son rented a property through this agency last year. At the end they confirmed that the property was in good condition and the £400 deposit was being returned, but he has still not received this three months later. They do not respond to emails and phone calls so we are having to take legal advice now. Students and landlords stay away from this agency!
They were asked to fix the washing machine at the property whilst they were still agents, they sent someone who did half the job and then left the broken machine in lull.
I met with Amy Kennedy and then contracted with Tiili 6 months ago............but I have not received a single payment from any of the rents that Tiili "supposedly" collect on my behalf. As a landlord with a full management contract with Tiili I would like all to know how unprofessional their current management is. Similar to Leanna Huntley, who has posted here, we are having difficulty getting paid rent due to the landlord. Approx 6 months rent is now overdue. Calls to Tiili’s office are not being returned and emails are not being responded to.
