The work was carried out in May 2018. Which would have been just over 6 years ago. The water was pouring down indoors within weeks because you had cut the epdm membrane short by over 30cms. There was no way to keep my home dry without a complete roof! In early 2019 the Carmarthen Building Control man came out, along with the Trading Standards lady to inspect the work and see the damage you'd caused to my home. We had a leaky roof for months, called numerous roofers which they could not identify what the problem was. Tigersons were very investigative and found the root cause (it did take a few visits for trial and error but they found the cause when others couldn't). Very responsive service and friendly people.

I'd give zero if I could. Paid for a replacement flat roof with epdm membrane to be fitted to the extension here. They came, talked well, seemed confident and professional, then laid the roof beams on the window frames instead of proper support, cut the epdm short so that the rain down the inside walls and soaked everything in the room below.
