First class sales service and products, as one would expect from a flagship store of a super premium brand.
Visited the 5th Ave location while on holidays and received the absolute BEST customer service my husband and I have ever had from Gabriel Rivera, the watch specialist. He could not have been more helpful, courteous, and knowledgable - he even called a friend at a local restaurant and let him know we were coming for dinner. Felt like family by the time we left. Exceptional customer service!!

Phyllis was amazing!!! She made us feel comfortable while shopping, she helped us find the perfect piece to represent our special occasion and gave us her undivided attention despite my indecisiveness (classic wife situation!). I'm so happy with our purchase and loved the experience with Phyllis!
Athena on the 3rd floor was extremely knowledgeable, was able to help me find 2 awesome necklaces. One in which I probably wouldn't have tried on but it is so beautiful I had to take it home. Thank you for the neighborhood recommendations as well. I will definitely be back. She is a gem and I loved my experience at the store.
