Unbelievably poor customer service. My wife took her ring to the 5th Avenue location for a cleaning and revision. They returned the ring cleaned and said all stones looked good. Upon arriving home my wife realizes a small diamond is missing and returns to the store. Nobody (particularly the jeweler) assumes responsibility and instead says it could have been my wife's fault. So now we have to leave the ring and pay so they can replace the stone that they either caused to fall out or failed to identify as loose in the first pl... read more

I've been shopping here since the 90's. Yesterday was the first bad experience I had on the phone with them. I was given the wrong information twice on the phone. And walked away with my glasses still not 100% fixed. Between my ex husband and new boyfriend, a pretty penny has been spent there. So, I was a little upset to have walked away unsatisfied. Although, the new perfume I picked up is amazing.
