We rocked up only 15 minutes before closing - but no rush ... we got to try several rings before we settled on the silver 1837 versions ... oh, and a new Picasso bracelet as an added bonus (for me!)
Had an item to repair (I have dropped it more than once) and visited the customer service lounge. They call you by name, they bring you water. They fixed my item in a day and I got a new polishing bag tote to go with it. Tiffany's sells million dollar products. Mine is far humbler but they treated me as if I was the most important person they had to serve that day. I am so impressed at how often they get it exactly right.

I really looked forward to visiting the store and I can say that it was even better than I imagined . It's a beautiful store, beautifully decorated. There's so much to see and everyone was really friendly (thank you, Lynn, for helping me). I'm very happy with my little sterling silver key :-) I hope to go back again one day.
Stunning service, nothing is too much to ask. Offered coffee and a drink whilst waiting for jewellery to be cleaned (free of charge also) looked after like a princess. Every Tiffany & Co store should take note. It is a wonderful and beautiful experience. Thank you Tiffany & Co 5th Avenue, for making us feel so special.

I loved my first experience at Tiffany & Co.! The staff was extremely helpful in getting me where I needed to go, and I was shocked that it looked just like it did in the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's from so long ago, with a few updates of course.
