We met with Meg who was an absolute delight! We were there for a trip my husband won through his job where we were provided a gift card. Meg was super helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. Anytime I shop here in the future I will only work with her!
The store looked so beautiful decorated for Christmas, staff was very helpful with my purchase, and even the "protesters" couldn't keep us away, thank you to the NYPD for being super cool too!!!!�
I was just there and got another charm added to my bracelet. Everyone was so friendly especially since they never knew when their store was going to end up getting closed because of the protesters! Love my bracelet and the doormen were so accommodating to take pictures!
The service was just bad. Waited way too long, unfriendly personal....
