Had an amazing time shopping at Tiffanys. Staff were helpful and warm and to be fair I showed up with my soaking wet students! Couldn't have been a more welcoming experience with the added class.

I have an issue that my necklace broke and the warranty was good for a year and it had been 13 months so I was charged 55$ very disappointing. My husband is an excellent customer and that's the thanks we get for their defective product . Thank you

I'm normally not one to Facebook rant. But I'm going to tell myself this is a warning to others, not a rant! In November, I was volunteering for a children's charity and halfway through my shift noticed my diamond had fallen out of my engagement ring. Two prongs had snapped, and the diamond was never found. My husband chose Tiffany for quality, but the company has not stood by its product and has now quoted a repair cost more than the original purchase price of the ring.
