Absolutely awesome! From the time we walked in the front door and were greeted, our experience was just what was expected at TIffany’s! Roberto Campos on the Silver Floor was exceptional! He made sure every little detail was perfect and the glass of champagne was awesome! The only complaint I had was I wanted to take the champagne glasses with me but those particular glasses were not for sale! I had a very professional and welcoming experience! Despite me being jet lagged, in rough shape and dressed down I was greeted in a timely matter. I happily purchased an item from the 3rd floor. While my husband purchased items from the first floor. I really appreciate how quickly they altered my necklace from a 16 in to a 18 in. It was just a great experience. I can't wait till I get to go back again!
The best shopping experience the lady helping us choose, Linda, was awesome she was so helpful and lovely, the glass of champagne was perfect and we were super happy with our purchases. LOVE the new perfume �

From the moment we walked through the doors we were constantly smiled at and told how lovely our little girl was. Even the elevator ride was above and beyond good customer service. All the ladies talked to my daughter and were sweet with her. We purchased an item to celebrate her baptism and the process was quick fast and very professional. We were even escorted back to the elevator by a woman from Jacksonville FL and I'm so sad I can't remember her name! She was so sweet to us. Thank you for making our trip amazing!!
