Always a fantastic experience - From buying jewelry to now having breakfast there one can’t ask for more. The food and service both were out of this world. We made a 3:00 pm reservation at the blue box cafe but ended up being there by 1:00 pm and we were accommodated (right away) within five minutes of requesting the change of time. Loved every bit of it! Also, Phillis helped us on the first floor with the jewelry pieces I was looking for. She was very sweet, kind, and knowledgeable! Exquisite experience as always!!!

Went to go to the Blue Box Cafe. The line wasn't bad. We got there at 930AM and got in for the 1:15 seating. We killed time by going to the Central Park Zoo and later went back to do some browsing and ring shopping. The employees were great. Our salesperson was awesome. The manager of the cafè came over to me 3x to make sure I liked everything. He even have us the table with the Central Park view! This flagship is definitely heaven on earth. Loved the store, I was there for my birthday and my husband was about to buy me a necklace as a gift. One of the girl at the third floor was so rude, though, that we went away without my gift. I don't know what you people think, but 75$ are still money, sorry if I can't spend a lot more 😑
Awesome time looking round and felt able to ask the prices for everything without feeling pressure to purchase! Did buy some bracelets in the end!!
Have loved this store every time I’ve visited New York from the UK and was delighted to find out that we were there for the opening weekend of its new Cafe! We went the first day but couldn’t get in, so went back on the second and still no room - then third time lucky on our last morning we went super early and got a table in the first sitting - it did not disappoint! We stopped in to try out The Blue Box Restaurant, didn’t quite make it in time to be seated. No worries, I’ll be back to try it. I snapped a pic of me sitting in a chair. It must be Tiffany’s because friends are either saying it is ART or should be in a magazine! I just Adore Tiffany’s 💙💙
