Went to New York to watch my daughter Dance couldn’t go to New York and not go in it was amazing people and of course the jewellery came out with more than I went in with

You know how the movie said that Tiffany's is such a wonderful place? Oh yes it was. We had problems (and were treated shabbily) in their branch in our country (which is all the way in southeast Asia) and the people in the store not only fixed my bracelet (and polished it too!) , but upon hearing our experience, waived what would have been a 200usd fee. They were so empathic about what happened to us too. They were very kind and accommodating. Well worth the price my husband paid for my bracelet and more.
Great people. Need to give military and first responders discount.
Sorry to report I I had a very poor experience today. Visited the store today with my wife with the intention of buying something special to remember out trip to New York. After a short browse my wife found what she wanted. Sadly after 20 minutes of trying to get some customer service we gave up. From my observations I suspect if I hadn’t been “dressed down” I’d have had no such problem.
