We went to Breakfast at Tiffany's for our 20th anniversary this weekend and spent the afternoon sipping champagne and selecting anniversary bands. The staff is amazing, especially Eli who helped us on the first floor and Gigi who helped us on the second floor. Both Eli and Gigi spent a great deal of time with us and made our store experience truly exceptional. A very special day to remember!
Gary Jennings (727 5th Avenue) was super helpful and accommodating today. I needed to make an exchange and had been given incorrect information the previous day regarding my return/alter. He provided me with the correct information and gave me his expert advice on what would be best to do next. He helped me pick out a replacement bracelet and made sure I was comfortable with where it sat on my wrist and how it fit my wrist. He went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs.
