horrible customer service. I simply wanted to call to arrange an appointment to view a property because Rently kept giving me error messages. Was unable to reach the local office (twice!) and was rerouted to the main call-center where extremely unhelpful agents, who did not speak English well, were unable to help me and kept asking me survey questions despite me requesting to just schedule an appointment or be transferred to the local office. I am an electrical contractor that provides services for tier one and they are always really great to work with. They take care of their tenants and like to get there problems resolved quickly. I would recommend them to anyone needing property management.
So far during this cold winter, my son and his pregnant wife have had the heat go out and stay off for an extended time with no response at their Tierone managed property. You be the judge of that level of service.

This company is the worst possible property management company in Utah. They chronically mistreat their tenants. Their contracts are subject to change at their whims. They have zero customer service. They rarely answer their phones or respond to service requests. If you choose to use them as an owner or as a tenant, consider yourself WARNED!
I really like renting from this company. The parking lot could be better where I rent, but that's my only real complaint. Over all the management is friendly and always able to help. They are great when it comes to privacy as well. I have been here for a year and I am comfortable living here.
Excellent service from start to finish! They found us a wonderful home for a really good price!
