We were rented a house that was not up to code and when we moved out they charged us for damages they were responsible for. We had a city inspector check the place out and everything so we have proof of it and yet they rented out the house again without fixing the problems. This place is actually a scam ran by shady people. Just don't bother
I have been trying to contact them for a month to RENT an apartment. Instead no one has any information and I feel like I am chasing down a bad landlord. I can only imagine what this says about their ability to manage complaints and repairs...
I was thinking about renting with this company and I'm really glad I decided not to. The entire process of trying to apply, reach out to them via phone, and the customer service that I received was absolutely and completely awful and the company seems completely unorganized. I could attach the pages of complaints we have filed with Tier One they neglected to resolve, but instead I’ll say the best part of working with this group is moving out of any of their properties and never dealing with them again.

Great company to work with, I would recommend then to anyone looking for there services.
We had rented a house for 4 years from this company, the 5th year we resigned our lease agreement only to get a call a week later stating they made a mistake with the owner of the house. The owner no longer wanted to rent the house they wanted to sell it and that I had a month to find a new place to live. Now nearly a year later I get a call from a collection agency stating I owe Teir one money- they of course don't know what it's for just that they have been sending bills to the house they kicked us out of.
