One of the WORST management places I’ve ever lived at. They made my life hell for the first year I lived in my apartment. If anything breaks expect a delay. Our water heater this week had broke and they informed us days later they are working on fixing it and it will be fixed a certain day. Well still no hot water and update of the situation. We are left high and dry on anything. They don’t care about their tenants and fixing problems quickly. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

BEWARE!!! AFTER you commit to a lease, they drop a $300 “OFFICE FEE” on you!!! AND...this is on top of your Deposit AND first months rent!!!😲😡 The office never did a SINGLE THING!!! I found the apartment. There was a lockbox to get the key and look at the apartment yourself. So I toured the apartment myself. I never even met them. They never lifted a finger!!

They need to be honest people and follow the rules of housing codes. Don't rent from these people it would be safer to live in the Chernobyl reactor than one of their rentals. I am pretty sure I lost 30 years of my life due to their abhorrent living conditions. These conditions are not obvious at first, but once you move in it's almost like they must've been using a green screen to hide the problems when you do the tour. If you have kids you better have good health insurance. 🤬😡😣
