DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!! They are horrible!! I rented from them for only a year, and that was way too long. They never respond to problems. They are horrible to deal with, on any level. They lie about fixing problems and dealing with renters. They gave me a minimal amount of my 695 dollar deposit back. When I went to enquire in the amount withheld, they were indifferent and rude beyond belief. Save yourself your sanity and stay far away from this company as possible.
I find the bad reviews hard to believe! This company is great to work with. They went out of their way to help.

HORRIBLE. Don't let this one star fool ya. These wonderful people took over the apartment complex I rent and I have been trying to talk to someone about my apartment for at least a week. In our lease it quotes snow removal is included, here it is, almost 4 inches of snow and IT IS NOT SHOVELED. I fell with my 7 month old child because of these foolish people. Their phone line says "hello, goodbye" REALLY PEOPLE. Horrible. NEVER RENT OR BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I've never received such poor quality of client care in my life! I've been in one of their properties for 2 and a half months and there are still problems that haven't been rectified. When we moved in the properly was in apalling condition and we have not and will not be receiving any form of compensation, yet if we left the property in that condition they'd be keeping my down payment.
