When I called I was pleasantly surprised with how helpful Jairo was. He showed us different apartments and let us choose our favorite. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

Great property management company I would definitely refer anyone not wanting the stress of managing their own rental property they are the go to for me.
I have found Tier One to be highly professional with a wide variety of rental options. I have referred a few clients and friends to them and had heard nothing but favorable comments back, even when Tier One didn't have something in their price range and/or desired neighborhood. I would definitely recommend them to somebody looking for a rental option or to a landlord looking for a management company.

I work with Case Construction and Roofing. We have been working with Tier One and I have to say, I think they are a great company to work with. I would recommend them to all of my friends.
I do not know what is causing the recent bad reviews. I have had nothing but good experiences with Tier One and their management team. I would recommend them as a source for rentals or for managing your property
This company is the worst! Don't rent from them! They don't take care of the property! Had bats get in the house twice through vents! Never cleaned up poop outside. Never mowed the yard. Always trash everywhere! Charged 125.00 for caulking in one bathroom! Neighbors flooded tub upstairs and took 2 weeks to get any help. They never answer the phones or return calls. You clean the place and you still get charged for cleaning! Run while you still can!! Geralyn is the manager and she is a dishonest person. BEWARE!!!
My son rented an apartment tierone managed for one year. Multiple issues with the building that were addressed days after what most would consider an emergency. My family spent an entire day cleaning the apartment after moving my son out & he got next to none of his $695 deposit back. When my son went to inquire why he received hardly any of his deposit back the manager of Tierone was not forth right & honest with him.
