Great Service We taken both our Honda and Accura to Rob - service is great, as are his prices. You never have to worry about this shop doing unnecessary work on your car. Definitively a mechanic you can trust. I had to get some work done once while waiting for an oil change and Rob even offered me a desk to sit at to be more comfortable while on my laptop.

Superb Service, Quality Crew Being a military spouse, car maintenance is frequently my responsibility. Tidewater Import Car is the best place in Hampton Roads for any type of Honda service. Rob is very military-friendly, he understands that I'm a mom trying to raise kids, work, and run a household while the hubby is deployed. He can always find a convenient time for me to come in, and the prices are far more reasonable than dealership prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Honest and convenient Rob at Tidewater makes bringing my Honda in for any kind of repairs, problems or just a simple oil change, STRESS FREE! He is so honest which is not easy to find when it comes to car services, I would never go back to the Honda dealer, there is just no reason to. Awesome and friendly service. Just called Rob to schedule an oil change and he remembered who I was and what type of vehicle I drive just by hearing my name. Best Honda service around! I started going to Tidewater Import Car service in 1986 and have continued to go since then. They are a first class operation who I trust completely to fix my Honda. I currently have a 2001 CRV and live in Washington DC and as long as it is not an emergency still take my car to them. They are worth it!
