The Best! I heard about Tidewater Import from a friend and have used them several times for various repairs. They are a joy to do business with! Recently I compared their costs with the Navy Exchange and must say the prices are comparable. The customer service is friendly, helpful and honest. The repair work efficient. I have never had a problem and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of their service!
Business excellence I started going to Tidewater Import Car Service at a friends recommendation when I moved to Virgina Beach in 2006. Rob has kept my 2005 Honda Accord in tip top shape ever since. I think one huge definer of business excellence is the ability to keep quality staff and Rob has been able to do that. Everyone there is friendly, thoughtful, attentive to customer needs, happy to be there, and professional. I give it my highest recommendation.

Truly wonderful! What a refreshing change of pace! I absolutely loved everything during our service, from the initial point of contact (I called on a weekend and heard back Monday morning before 930!) to being warmly greeted when I picked the Honda up. After over $2000 worth of work, I feel absolutely happy and satisfied that I got the best deal in salvaging our ancient civic. This will be the only place for us for the rest of our Honda's life!

Great prices and a friendly and professional staff.
