Sadly I have nothing good to say. I called for a young man who suffered this summer with poison ivy & oak. At Urgent Care twice, he received injections 2x and took 2 Rx’s of prednisone to no avail. He lost his job and needs a dermatologist. None accept Medicaid in Mansfield. Called Dr. Ticoris office with this tale & spoke with a cold, compassionless lady. Her mantra was no openings until Oct. Maybe doctors who are successful in their practice, dollarwise, could discover richness of compassion
I had a recent appointment with Dr. Ticoras; he and his staff has reaffirmed to me once again true excellence in medical care in Richland County. I have been a patient of Dr. Ticoras for 19 years and highly recommend the thorough care and treatment options provided at Advanced Dermatology of North Central Ohio.
Dr. Ticoras has been taking care of me for many years, he is kind, caring, but most of all, always spot on with diagnosis and treatment. Mansfield is lucky to have such a great physician.
I made an appt to see Dr. Ticoras for a case of Peri-Oral dermatitis and was told in early July that I couldn't get in until late August. Made the appt anyway because I didn't have another option. In the meantime I was able to research it myself and find a couple relatively effective options for controlling it. Finally met with him and he saw me for a total of 2.5 minutes, never examined my face, never got within more than 3 feet of me actually. Told me it was caused by either Physical or Emotio
Dr. Ticoras has been taking great care of my family and I for years. He is always caring and efficient!! Would recommend him to anyone wanting a great dermatologist with a wonderful staff.
Dr. Ticoras and his office staff have always been friendly and caring about my facial concerns. I've not had an issue scheduling an appointment, and the wait time has always been really quick. I would recommend Dr. Ticoras to anyone!

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Ticoras . He has treated myself and my husband for nearly 20 years. He is always responsive to concerns, doesn't waste time, treats conservatively, and remains honest and clear explaining outcomes and possibilities. It would be truly upsetting to lose him.
