The entire practice is amazing. Dr. Ticoras and Heather are so kind and incredible. But, I mostly see Melissa Ott. I could never say enough good things about her. She is kind, personable, intelligent, and so great at explaining everything. I have learned so much from her and my conditions have vastly improved with her. This is one doctor appointment I actually look forward to! I get compliments all the time on my skin and it’s because of her! 10 glowing stars!

I have been a client of Dr. Ticoras for 20 years. I have many skin issues, and he listens to what I have to say, treats my problem, reassures me when needed, and has my best interest at heart. What more could I ask for?
Front the front desk, to the nurses, and finally to the doctor himself, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and precise. The doctor is very focused, trustworthy and definitely works in the best interest of his patient. 5 stars, and AAA rating.

Dr. Ticoras is a good listener. He explains problems well and is very knowledgeable, pleasant, good natured and thorough. I had a very good outcome in a short amount of time. The office staff are polite and helpful. The surroundings are clean and quiet. I would highly recommend Dr. Ticoras!
After many years, I continue to receive a thorough exam by Dr Ticoras. During the exam continual explanations are given, questions encouraged and always asked if I have any complaints! Dr. Ticoras is kind and gentle and makes sure you understand what skin issues you may have and treatment options you have. The office staff is helpful and there to meet your needs. It is always an enjoyable appointment. Mansfield is very lucky to have Dr. Ticoras and this staff!!
Dr.Ticoras is a very caring,professional,dermatologist. My entire family goes to him for various skin conditions. I always like the way he explains the background before any procedures to make me feel more at ease. I enjoy his personality and friendly demeanor and that he shows true concern for the patient going beyond a simple office visit.
