Excellent service at TIC health! Extremely thorough and super friendly!
I recently had a cruise ship medical here and my experience could not have been easier. The clinic was very welcoming with lovely staff and I was really put at ease. The doctor explained everything clearly, was very friendly and even though I was very nervous, she kept me very calm. Everything throughout the process was carried out with great communication and the results and my certificate were back very fast. Thank you very much!
**Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience** I had high hopes when I first signed up for a medical with TIC Health. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer service team has been nothing short of frustrating. They do not value their customers at all.
