I undertook the Thrive programme at a time when things were not going well in my life both personally and professionally. Working through the exercises with Fiona was a valuable and rewarding experience, helping me feel more control of situations where once I felt rather helpless, being able to take that step back and seeing the bigger picture. Absolutely incredible experience with Fiona. She was so personable and I felt as though she knew me, at my core, nearly immediately. She helped me work through my thought process in a way that has literally changed my life - I feel as though I have experienced a 98% breakthrough (never perfect, but near close!) and I am thriving everyday.
