I was skeptical the whole way but Loan Depot and their staff made the process smooth and amazing. They followed through with everything promised, they kept me informed and up to speed the entire way and they are very trustworthy. The staff were motivated to make my refinance go through efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service and technology to work through the loan process at the speed of lightning. My loan officer was extremely knowledgeable and he really took the time to work through my situation unlike others that I've dealt with in the past

Loan Depot Review I used to work for here, this is the lowdown of what type of company you will be signing up withThe hours are 7am - 5pm with a training every day at 6:30 so 630am - 5pm, and sometimes you leave late. There is a mandatory Saturday and Sunday each once a month and its from 7am-3pm. The pay is minimum wage plus commission. Commission is for inbound calls 1-5 loans a month, $500. **** $800. ***** $1000. 15+ $1200. No the numbers arent backdated. For outbound calls its .5% or .6% of the loan amount. Working with both *********************** and *********************** made my refi proceed smoothly and efficiently. they were both friendly and seemingly always available to clarify for me any question that came up during the process. These guys made the refi process a lot less stressful. It was a pleasure working with Loan Depot.

This refi has been, so far the best experience we've had. Ever since we've owned a home, our refi process has always been a difficult experience with numerous phone calls (back and forth) and a ton of paperwork required by the lending company before they can even give us a decent rate. Also, most of our past refi took forever to close (about 2 months). We were in the process of refinancing with another company, but we decided to shop around to try to get a better deal. ***********/Communication: They went out of their ways to help me refinancing my mortgage. I was not approve, however they took their time to discover new avenues to help achieve my refinancing goals in a few months. They followed up within a week and provided additional information and recommendations 2- Costs/Fees: I say by far the cost and fees for this loan specifically, origination fees/points, were much lower than the 6 or 7 loan companies that I worked with recently (prior to talking to loan depot)

fraud! I was not requesting loandepot to re-finance my loan but they asked to try to match my asks/conditions. provided an estimate that was inline.After that actively asked for personal information over standard email, phone etc. and at the end updated their quote to the bellow average conditions.Customer care departament - do not care on your case when you try to complain - they just try to connect you to the manager and drop your call and refuse register complain.I'm fine if my conditions unrealistic for current market - ... read more
