Terrible. Took over 5 months to refi. Lack of communication, dealing with too many reps who didn't know what the others had done. Avoid using this company for any type of loan
The process was easy and efficient. Each step in obtaining the mortgage was explained prior to filing out the paperwork. Questions were answered promptly. It was a successful prospect with two borrowers in different states.
The entire process was very easy. From the first call from agent ***** to the final loan through agent ******, to the convenience of the Notary coming to my residence for signing all the closing documents the process was as painless and as quickly done as possible, All questions were answered by phone or email within minutes.
The process was quick, stress less, and professional!This is my second refinance with LoanDepot and they did not disappoint.*************************, Lending Officer and ******************************** Acct Mgr handled everything from A - Z. A very minor hiccup at the end was handled immediately. I highly recommend LoanDepot for you home financing.
The company was great the first time around. The Lending officer was great but beware of the Loan processor. This time around it was not so great, she would email late at night and wouldn't respond to phone calls promptly. The loan was delayed to long and the rate extension had to be continuously revised. When we did talk to her about the status, we would find out that we needed to submit something we didn't know about. We had a very positive experience with LoanDepot. The mortgage officer and processor were both very professional and efficient. The costs were very reasonable and we closed within 60 days.
Overall Loan Depot did an outstanding job processing my loan. It pays to compare company because I flund a lower rate with another company. Loan Depot match the rate and dropped closing cost to keep my business. The online process was very easy and efficient.
From start to finish was a very good job. Only down size was high points for loan.
