The representative for loandepot was deceptive, misleading, and withheld significant, and necessary information. I also brought these complaints to the attention of his supervisor and would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a loan.

I refinanced with Loan depot and closed in Sept 20'. Towards the end of the refinance process I get in the mail a notice about property tax of $4296.33 due in Nov 20'. I communicated with the loan processor at the time regarding this and he stated that Loan depot would pay it out. They did pay it out but it resulted in a shortage in my escrow account of ********. The Loan Depot was helpful throughout my whole home buying process. ********************* guided me with insight and suggestions to help me buy a home and I followed it to a T and was able to close on a home in 5 months (it took me a while to find the right home), at the right price, in a sellers market. The first time I refinanced through your company 2 years ago, the service was great! The specialist always kept me inform and updated. This time when I decided to refinance again. I explained my situation with the specialist before I even proceeded. Nothing had changed since my first refinance thought yall except the value of my house went up.
