I recently switched to Loan Depot, realizing now what a huge mistake,it's great that I'm saving $175 a month,but I've been mailing them a mortgage check before the due date, however they haven't received my payment from 3 weeks prior. Due to Covid sometimes there was a little breakdown in communications. But I always had at least two people assisting me through the Loan procedure. My Loan Officer and his boss did an excellent job in assisting me with all my needs expeditiously. Very professional and accommodating. Great loan benefits especially for a Veterans widow.
