Professional, easy and fast. We got a decent rate albeit with points and were able to cash-out refi this eliminating our current PMI. We shopped the rates and they are one of the best at this time. I would highly recommend them. Their online portal is very impressive and so easy to use - all my docs were sent electronically through the portal. Five star company.

Loan closed on time ! But the processor and original loan officer ***** communicate very good and lost documents that I had To keep resending.

The service with Loandepot was great. They were helpful and always got back to me very quick. We did have a problem early on about closing cost but we settled on a fair number and the loan was quick and easy on line. The rate was great and they met my needs in a professional way.
