The Loan Depot refinance experience was very good. The interview and application process was very smooth. The three different representatives that I spoke with and emailed information to were knowledgeable and professional. I have executed two real estate purchases and one refi in the past five years and the Loan Depot process was by far the easiest and quickest time to completion. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend their service to other potential users.

Our situation is not ideal so we reached out to loan depot to see if they could help. Based on their commercial, they advertise to care. I spoke with ******* and gave him all of the details up front. No lies. He said he would call back but never did. I called, texted and emailed multiple times but he just ignored me. I called his boss and its like he just shrugged his shoulders.
