I would not bother with a bad review. Just report it as a thrid party violation. Plus, Google notes that cold calling is already considered a violation of their “Harassing, abusive, or untrustworthy behavior” it is quite simple to do. Google is coming down on companies like this one hard.
They operate under 3 different names that is really strange. Known Locally, Thrive Media Group and also Ad People. They promise you the world until you sign your contract. They say they will offer changes etc and charge you for each change. They can talk the talk but unfortunately cant walk the walk.
