Horrendous practice, would give zero stars if possible. They charge a £3000 deposit without letting you know first, unless you pay their exorbitant insurance coverage (€40 per day). This immediately betrays your trust which makes the rest of the trip stressful because there's little doubt that if anything happened that they would try to scam you to keep all of your £3000 deposit. An Embarassing company. Avoid at all costs. Pay a little extra to go somewhere that you're treated with respect.
Be Careful! You rent a car for a week, for a low price. When you arrive, they want to book € 3100,- as a deposit from your credit card. If you cannot do it. They sell you an insurance package for double the amount of the rental price. It is Betraying.
